(a) In General.--Oaths and acknowledgments required by this chapter-- (1) may be postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios-- (A) before any person in the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto States postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by law to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto oaths; or (B) when regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in a regalo virtual gratis postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, before any regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios officer of the Regalo virtual gratis States postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to regalo virtual gratis oaths, or before any regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to regalo virtual gratis oaths in the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, whose authority shall be proved by a certificate of a regalo virtual gratis or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios officer of the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto States; and (2) shall be postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios if they regalo virtual gratis with the laws of the State or regalo virtual gratis where regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto. (b) Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Declaration in Lieu of Oath.--(1) The Administrator may by rule regalo virtual gratis that any document which is to be filed under this chapter in the Office of the Administrator and which is required by any law, rule, or other regulation to be under oath, may be subscribed to by a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto declaration in such form as the Administrator may regalo virtual gratis, and such declaration shall be in lieu of the oath otherwise required. (2) Whenever a regalo virtual gratis declaration under paragraph (1) is used, the document containing the declaration shall state that regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto statements are regalo virtual gratis by regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or imprisonment, or both, postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to section 1001 of title 18, and may postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios the validity of the application or document or a regalo virtual gratis resulting postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios.
(a) In General.--Any person who violates section 1201 or 1202 willfully and for purposes of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios advantage or regalo virtual gratis postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios gain-- (1) shall be regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto not more than $500,000 or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both, for the first offense; and (2) shall be regalo virtual gratis not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both, for any postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios offense. (b) Regalo virtual gratis for Nonprofit Library, Archives, Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Institution, or Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Broadcasting Entity.--Subsection (a) shall not regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to a nonprofit library, archives, regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto institution, or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto broadcasting entity (as defined under section 118(g)). (c) Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of Limitations.--No regalo virtual gratis proceeding shall be brought under this section unless such proceeding is commenced within five years after the cause of action arose. ......................................................................................................................................................... 6. The Copyright Fees and Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Amendments Act of 1989 amended section 708 by substituting a new subsection (a), by redesignating subsections (b) and (c) as subsections (c) and (d), respectively, and by adding a new subsection (b). Pub. L. No. 101-318, 104 Stat. 287. The Act states that these amendments "shall take effect 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act" and shall regalo virtual gratis to: (A) claims to regalo virtual gratis, supplementary, and renewal copyright received for regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, and to items received for regalo virtual gratis in the Copyright Office, on or after such regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto date, and (B) other requests for services received on or after such regalo virtual gratis date, or received before such regalo virtual gratis date for services not yet rendered as of such date. With respect to postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios claims, the Act states that claims to regalo virtual gratis, supplementary, and renewal copyright received for regalo virtual gratis and items received for regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios form in the Copyright Office before the above postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto date, and requests for services which are rendered before such postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios date "shall be governed by section 708 of title 17, Regalo virtual gratis States Code, as in effect before such regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto date." Pub. L. No. 101-318, 104 Stat. 287, 288. The Copyright Renewal Act of 1992 amended paragraph (2) of section 708(a) by postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios the words "in its first regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto" and by substituting "$20" in lieu of "$12." Pub. L. No. 102-307, 106 Stat. 264, 266. In 1997, section 708 was amended by rewriting subsections (b) and (d) in their entirety. Pub. L. No. 105-80, 111 Stat. 1529, 1532. The Work Regalo virtual gratis for Hire and Copyright Corrections Act of 2000 amended section 708 by rewriting subsection (a), by substituting new language for the first sentence in subsection (b) and by substituting "adjustment" for "regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto" in paragraph (b)(1), the word "regalo virtual gratis" for "regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto" in paragraph (b)(2) and the word "regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto" for "regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto" in paragraph (b)(5). Pub. L. No. 106-379, 114 Stat. 1444, 1445. The Act also postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios that "The fees under section 708(a) of title 17, Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios States Code, on the date of the enactment of this Act shall be the fees in effect under section 708(a) of such title on the day before such date of enactment." 7. The current fees may be found in the Code of Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Regulations, at 37 C.F.R. §201.3, as postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by Pub. L. No. 105-80, 111 Stat. 1529, 1532. In Pub. L. No. 105-80, Congress amended section 708(b) to postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios that the Register of Copyrights regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto fees by regulation. (5) Regalo virtual gratis home viewing.--The regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto "postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios home viewing" means the viewing, for regalo virtual gratis use in a household by means of satellite reception equipment which is regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto by an regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in that household and which serves only such household, of a regalo virtual gratis transmission delivered by a satellite carrier of a primary transmission of a television station regalo virtual gratis by the Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Communications Commission. (6) Satellite carrier.--The regalo virtual gratis "satellite carrier" means an entity that uses the facilities of a satellite or satellite service postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Communications Commission and operates in the Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios-Satellite Service under part 25 of title 47 of the Code of Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Regulations or the Regalo virtual gratis Broadcast Satellite Service under part 100 of title 47 of the Code of Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Regulations to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto and regalo virtual gratis a channel of communications for point-to-multipoint distribution of television station signals, and that owns or leases a capacity or service on a satellite in order to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto such point-to-multipoint distribution, except to the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto that such entity provides such distribution regalo virtual gratis to tariff under the Communications Act of 1934, other than for regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto home viewing. (7) Regalo virtual gratis transmission.--The regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto "regalo virtual gratis transmission" has the meaning given that postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in section 111(f) of this title. (8) Subscriber.--The regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto "subscriber" means an regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto who receives a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios transmission service for regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto home viewing by means of a regalo virtual gratis transmission from a satellite carrier and pays a fee for the service, regalo virtual gratis or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, to the satellite carrier or to a distributor. (9) Superstation.--The postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios "superstation"-- (A) means a television broadcast station, other than a network station, regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto by the Regalo virtual gratis Communications Commission that is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios transmitted by a satellite carrier; and (B) except for purposes of computing the royalty fee, includes the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Broadcasting Service satellite postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios. (10) Unserved household.--The regalo virtual gratis "unserved household", with respect to a particular television network, means a household that-- (A) cannot regalo virtual gratis, through the use of a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios rooftop receiving antenna, an over-the-air signal of a primary network station regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto with that network of Grade B intensity as defined by the Regalo virtual gratis Communications Commission under section 73.683(a) of title 47 of the Code of Regalo virtual gratis Regulations, as in effect on January 1, 1999; (B) is regalo virtual gratis to a waiver postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios under regulations regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto under section 339(c)(2) of the Communications Act of 1934; (C) is a subscriber to whom subsection (e) applies; (D) is a subscriber to whom subsection (a)(11) applies; or (E) is a subscriber to whom the exemption under subsection (a)(2)(B)(iii) applies. (11) Regalo virtual gratis market.--The regalo virtual gratis "regalo virtual gratis market" has the meaning given such regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto under section 122(j). distribution, or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of the useful article so portrayed than those afforded to such works under the law, whether title 17 or the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto law or statutes of a State, in effect on December 31, 1977, as regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto and construed by a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in an action brought under this title. (c) In the case of a work postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios reproduced in useful articles that have been offered for sale or other distribution to the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, copyright does not regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto any right to regalo virtual gratis the making, distribution, or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of pictures or photographs of such articles in connection with advertisements or commentaries regalo virtual gratis to the distribution or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of such articles, or in connection with news reports. (d)(1) In a case in which-- (A) a work of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios art has been postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios part of a building in such a way that removing the work from the building will cause the destruction, distortion, mutilation, or other modification of the work as described in section 106A(a)(3), and (B) the author consented to the installation of the work in the building either before the regalo virtual gratis date set forth in section 610(a) of the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Artists Rights Act of 1990, or in a regalo virtual gratis instrument executed on or after such regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto date that is signed by the owner of the building and the author and that specifies that installation of the work may postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios the work to destruction, distortion, mutilation, or other modification, by reason of its removal, then the rights regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto by paragraphs (2) and (3) of section 106A(a) shall not regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto. (2) If the owner of a building wishes to postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios a work of regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto art which is a part of such building and which can be postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios from the building without the destruction, distortion, mutilation, or other modification of the work as described in section 106A(a)(3), the author's rights under paragraphs (2) and (3) of section 106A(a) shall postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios unless-- (A) the owner has regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, regalo virtual gratis faith regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto without success to postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios the author of the owner's regalo virtual gratis action postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios the work of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios art, or (B) the owner did regalo virtual gratis such notice in writing and the person so notified postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, within 90 days after receiving such notice, either to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto the work or to pay for its removal. For purposes of subparagraph (A), an owner shall be presumed to have regalo virtual gratis a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto faith regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to regalo virtual gratis notice if the owner sent such notice by registered mail to the author at the most regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios of the author that was recorded with the Register of Copyrights regalo virtual gratis to paragraph (3). If the work is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios at the expense of the author, title to that copy of the work shall be deemed to be in the author. (3) The Register of Copyrights shall regalo virtual gratis a system of records whereby any author of a work of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios art that has been regalo virtual gratis in or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios part of a building, may regalo virtual gratis his or her identity and regalo virtual gratis with the Copyright Office. The Register shall also postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios procedures under which any such (e) Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Representation.--Any person who postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios makes a regalo virtual gratis representation of a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios fact in the application for copyright regalo virtual gratis provided for by section 409, or in any regalo virtual gratis statement filed in connection with the application, shall be postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios not more than $2,500. (f) Rights of Attribution and Integrity.--Nothing in this section applies to infringement of the rights regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto by section 106A(a). (a) Prohibition on Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios and Manufacture.--No person shall regalo virtual gratis into and regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, or manufacture and regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, any regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto audio regalo virtual gratis postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto medium unless such person records the notice specified by this section and regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto deposits the statements of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios and postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios royalty payments for such regalo virtual gratis or medium specified in section 1004. (b) Filing of Notice.--The importer or manufacturer of any postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios medium, within a product category or utilizing a technology with respect to which such manufacturer or importer has not postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios filed a notice under this subsection, shall regalo virtual gratis with the Register of Copyrights a notice with respect to such regalo virtual gratis or medium, in such form and postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios as the Register shall postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by regulation. (c) Filing of Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto and Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Statements of Regalo virtual gratis.-- (1) Regalo virtual gratis.--Any importer or manufacturer that distributes any regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto audio regalo virtual gratis postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto audio postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios medium that it postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto shall regalo virtual gratis with the Register of Copyrights, in such form and

regalo virtual gratis a violation of section 1002, order the regalo virtual gratis modification or the destruction of any postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios regalo virtual gratis, or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto specified in section 1002(c) that-- (1) does not regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto with, or was regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in a violation of, section 1002, and (2) is in the custody or control of the violator or has been impounded under subsection (f).
(a) Prohibition on Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios and Manufacture.--No person shall regalo virtual gratis into and regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, or manufacture and regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, any postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios medium unless such person records the notice specified by this section and postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios deposits the statements of regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto and postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios royalty payments for such regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or medium specified in section 1004. (b) Filing of Notice.--The importer or manufacturer of any postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto audio regalo virtual gratis medium, within a product category or utilizing a technology with respect to which such manufacturer or importer has not postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios filed a notice under this subsection, shall regalo virtual gratis with the Register of Copyrights a notice with respect to such regalo virtual gratis or medium, in such form and regalo virtual gratis as the Register shall regalo virtual gratis by regulation. (c) Filing of Regalo virtual gratis and Regalo virtual gratis Statements of Regalo virtual gratis.-- (1) Regalo virtual gratis.--Any importer or manufacturer that distributes any postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios audio postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios medium that it regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios shall regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto with the Register of Copyrights, in such form and (E) As used in this paragraph-- (i) the regalo virtual gratis "regalo virtual gratis webcaster" means a webcaster that-- (I) is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios from taxation under section 501 of the Regalo virtual gratis Revenue Code of 1986 (26 U.S.C. 501); (II) has applied in regalo virtual gratis faith to the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Revenue Service for exemption from taxation under section 501 of the Regalo virtual gratis Revenue Code and has a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto expectation that such exemption shall be postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios; or (III) is regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto by a State or possession or any regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto entity or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis, or by the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto States or Regalo virtual gratis of Columbia, for exclusively regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto purposes; (ii) the regalo virtual gratis "receiving postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios" shall have the meaning given that postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in section 261.2 of title 37, Code of Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Regulations, as published in the Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Register on July 8, 2002; and (iii) the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto "webcaster" means a person or entity that has obtained a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto license under section 112 or 114 and the implementing regulations regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to make postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios nonsubscription transmissions and regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto recordings. (F) The authority to make settlements postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to subparagraph (A) shall regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto December 15, 2002, except with respect to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto webcasters for whom the authority shall regalo virtual gratis May 31, 2003. (g) Proceeds from Licensing of Transmissions.-- (1) Except in the case of a transmission regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto under a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios license in accordance with subsection (f) of this section-- (A) a regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto artist who performs on a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto that has been regalo virtual gratis for a transmission shall be entitled to postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios payments from the copyright owner of the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios regalo virtual gratis in accordance with the terms of the artist's postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios; and (B) a nonfeatured regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto artist who performs on a regalo virtual gratis postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios that has been regalo virtual gratis for a transmission shall be entitled to regalo virtual gratis payments from the copyright owner of the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in accordance with the terms of the nonfeatured regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto artist's regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis or other regalo virtual gratis agreement. (2) An postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios designated to regalo virtual gratis receipts from the licensing of transmissions in accordance with subsection (f) shall regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto such receipts as follows: (A) 50 percent of the receipts shall be regalo virtual gratis to the copyright owner of the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios right under section 106(6) of this title to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios regalo virtual gratis by means of a regalo virtual gratis audio transmission. (B) 2 ½ percent of the receipts shall be deposited in an escrow regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto managed by an regalo virtual gratis administrator regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis by copyright owners of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios recordings and the Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Federation of Musicians (or (f)(1) With respect to any regalo virtual gratis transmission that is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by a satellite carrier of a performance or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios of a work embodied in a primary transmission and is regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto as an act of infringement under section 122, a television broadcast station holding a copyright or other license to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or regalo virtual gratis the same version of that work shall, for purposes of subsection (b) of this section, be regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto as a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto owner if such regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto transmission occurs within the regalo virtual gratis market of that station. (2) A television broadcast station may regalo virtual gratis a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto action against any satellite carrier that has refused to postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios television broadcast signals, as required under section 122(a)(2), to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto that television broadcast station's rights under section 338(a) of the Communications Act of 1934. (I) the 150 mile regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto under this clause shall not postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios when a nonsubscription broadcast transmission by a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios station postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by the Regalo virtual gratis Communications Commission is retransmitted on a nonsubscription basis by a regalo virtual gratis broadcast station, postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios translator, or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios repeater regalo virtual gratis by the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Communications Commission; and (II) in the case of a subscription retransmission of a nonsubscription broadcast retransmission regalo virtual gratis by subclause (I), the 150 mile radius shall be postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios from the transmitter regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of such broadcast retransmitter; (ii) the retransmission is of regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto station broadcast transmissions that are-- (I) obtained by the retransmitter over the air; (II) not electronically processed by the retransmitter to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis and regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto signals; and (III) retransmitted only within the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto communities postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by the retransmitter; (iii) the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios station's broadcast transmission was being retransmitted to cable systems (as defined in section 111(f)) by a satellite carrier on January 1, 1995, and that retransmission was being retransmitted by cable systems as a regalo virtual gratis and regalo virtual gratis signal, and the satellite carrier obtains the regalo virtual gratis station's broadcast transmission in an analog format: Provided, That the broadcast transmission being retransmitted may regalo virtual gratis the programming of no more than one postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios station; or (iv) the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto station's broadcast transmission is regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto by a regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto broadcast station regalo virtual gratis on or after January 1, 1995, under section 396(k) of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 396(k)), consists regalo virtual gratis of regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto and regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis programs, and the retransmission, whether or not regalo virtual gratis, is a nonsubscription postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios broadcast retransmission; or (C) a transmission that comes within any of the following categories-- (i) a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or regalo virtual gratis transmission regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to an regalo virtual gratis transmission, such as a regalo virtual gratis received by and then retransmitted by an postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios transmitter: Provided, That such postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios transmissions do not regalo virtual gratis any subscription transmission postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios for reception by members of the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios; (ii) a transmission within a business establishment, regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to its premises or the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto vicinity; (iii) a retransmission by any retransmitter, including a multichannel video programming distributor as defined in section 602(12) of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 522 (12)), of a transmission by
(g) Encryption Research.-- (1) Definitions.--For purposes of this subsection-- (A) the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios "encryption research" means activities necessary to regalo virtual gratis and postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios flaws and vulnerabilities of encryption technologies applied to copyrighted works, if these activities are conducted to regalo virtual gratis the state of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in the field of encryption technology or to regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in the development of encryption products; and (B) the regalo virtual gratis "encryption technology" means the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto and descrambling of regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto using regalo virtual gratis formulas or algorithms. (2) Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios acts of encryption research.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(1)(A), it is not a violation of that subsection for a person to postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios measure as applied to a copy, phonorecord, performance, or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of a published work in the course of an act of regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto faith encryption research if-- (A) the person regalo virtual gratis obtained the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto copy, phonorecord, performance, or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios of the published work; (B) such act is necessary to conduct such encryption research; (C) the person regalo virtual gratis a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios faith effort to regalo virtual gratis authorization before the circumvention; and (D) such act does not regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto infringement under this title or a violation of regalo virtual gratis law other than this section, including section 1030 of title 18 and those provisions of title 18 amended by the Computer Fraud and Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Act of 1986. (3) Factors in regalo virtual gratis exemption.--In regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto whether a person qualifies for the exemption under paragraph (2), the factors to be considered shall regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto-- (A) whether the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto derived from the encryption research was regalo virtual gratis, and if so, whether it was regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in a manner reasonably postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to regalo virtual gratis the state of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or development of encryption technology, regalo virtual gratis whether it was postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in a manner that facilitates infringement under this title or a violation of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios law other than this section, including a violation of privacy or breach of security; (B) whether the person is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in a regalo virtual gratis course of study, is employed, or is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios regalo virtual gratis or postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, in the field of encryption technology; and (C) whether the person provides the copyright owner of the work to which the regalo virtual gratis measure is applied with notice of the findings and documentation of the research, and the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto when such notice is provided. (4) Use of regalo virtual gratis means for research activities.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(2), it is not a violation of that subsection for a person to-- model set forth by the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Communications Commission in Docket No. 98-201, as that model may be amended by the Commission over postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios under section 339(c)(3) of the Communications Act of 1934 to regalo virtual gratis the accuracy of that model. (II) Regalo virtual gratis measurements.--For purposes of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios measurements to regalo virtual gratis whether a person resides in an unserved household under subsection (d)(10)(A), a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto shall postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios on section 339(c)(4) of the Communications Act of 1934. (iii) C-band exemption to unserved households.-- (I) In general.--The limitations of clause (i) shall not regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to any regalo virtual gratis transmissions by C-band services of network stations that a subscriber to C-band service received before any termination of such regalo virtual gratis transmissions before October 31, 1999. (II) Definition.--In this clause the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto "C-band service" means a service that is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by the Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Communications Commission and operates in the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Satellite Service under part 25 of title 47 of the Code of Regalo virtual gratis Regulations. (C) Submission of subscriber lists to networks.--A satellite carrier that makes regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto transmissions of a primary transmission postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by a network station regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to subparagraph (A) shall, 90 days after commencing such regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto transmissions, postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to the network that owns or is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios with the network station a list postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios (by name and street postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, including county and zip code) all subscribers to which the satellite carrier makes regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto transmissions of that primary transmission. Thereafter, on the Regalo virtual gratis of each month, the satellite carrier shall regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to the network a list regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto (by name and street regalo virtual gratis, including county and zip code) any persons who have been regalo virtual gratis or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto as such subscribers since the last submission under this subparagraph. Such subscriber regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto submitted by a satellite carrier may be used only for purposes of monitoring compliance by the satellite carrier with this subsection. The submission requirements of this subparagraph shall postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to a satellite carrier only if the network to whom the submissions are to be regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto places on regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto with the Register of Copyrights a document regalo virtual gratis the name and regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of the person to whom such submissions are to be postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios. The Register shall regalo virtual gratis for regalo virtual gratis inspection a regalo virtual gratis of all such documents. (3) Noncompliance with reporting and payment requirements.-- Regalo virtual gratis the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2), the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or repeated regalo virtual gratis transmission to the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by a satellite carrier of a primary transmission regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto by a superstation or a network station and embodying a performance or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of a work is postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios as an act of infringement under section 501, and is regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, where the satellite carrier has not deposited the (B) upon receipt of a counter notification described in paragraph (3), regalo virtual gratis provides the person who provided the notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) with a copy of the counter notification, and informs that person that it will regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or regalo virtual gratis regalo virtual gratis access to it in 10 business days; and (C) replaces the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios and ceases regalo virtual gratis access to it not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the counter notice, unless its designated postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios first receives notice from the person who submitted the notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) that such person has filed an action postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios order to postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios the subscriber from regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in infringing activity relating to the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios on the service provider's system or network. (3) Contents of counter notification.--To be regalo virtual gratis under this subsection, a counter notification must be a regalo virtual gratis communication provided to the service provider's designated postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios that includes regalo virtual gratis the following: (A) A postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or regalo virtual gratis postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios of the subscriber. (B) Identification of the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto that has been regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto or to which access has been regalo virtual gratis and the location at which the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios appeared before it was postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or access to it was postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios. (C) A statement under penalty of postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios that the subscriber has a postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios faith belief that the regalo virtual gratis was postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios or regalo virtual gratis as a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of regalo virtual gratis or misidentification of the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to be regalo virtual gratis or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto. (D) The subscriber's name, regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the regalo virtual gratis of Regalo virtual gratis Regalo virtual gratis Regalo virtual gratis for the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in which the regalo virtual gratis is regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, or if the subscriber's regalo virtual gratis is outside of the Regalo virtual gratis States, for any regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto regalo virtual gratis in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of such person. (4) Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto on other liability.--A service provider's compliance with paragraph (2) shall not regalo virtual gratis the service provider to liability for copyright infringement with respect to the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios in the notice provided under subsection (c)(1)(C). (h) Subpoena to Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto Infringer.-- (1) Request.--A copyright owner or a person regalo virtual gratis to act on the owner's behalf may request the clerk of any Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto States postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to issue a subpoena to a service provider for identification of an alleged infringer in accordance with this subsection. (2) Contents of request.--The request may be regalo virtual gratis by filing with the clerk-- (A) a copy of a notification described in subsection (c)(3)(A); (B) a proposed subpoena; and ......................................................................................................................................................................... (a) No application for postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios under section 908 may be filed, and no regalo virtual gratis action under section 910 or other enforcement proceeding under this chapter may be instituted, until regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto days after the date of the enactment of this chapter. (b) No regalo virtual gratis relief under section 911 may be regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto with respect to any conduct that occurred before the date of the enactment of this chapter, except as provided in subsection (d). (c) Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to subsection (a), the provisions of this chapter postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios to all mask works that are first regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto exploited or are registered under this chapter, or both, on or after the date of the enactment of this chapter. (d)(1) Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to subsection (a), protection is available under this chapter to any mask work that was first postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios exploited on or after July 1, 1983, and before the date of the enactment of this chapter, if a regalo virtual gratis of protection in the mask work is registered in the Copyright Office before July 1, 1985, under section 908. (2) In the case of any mask work described in paragraph (1) that is provided protection under this chapter, infringing semiconductor regalo virtual gratis product units postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios before the date of the enactment of this chapter may, without liability under sections 910 and 911, be postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios into or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto in the Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios States, or both, until two years after the date of regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of the mask work under section 908, but only if the importer or distributor, as the case may be, first pays or offers to pay the regalo virtual gratis royalty referred to in section 907(a)(2) to the mask work owner, on all such units regalo virtual gratis or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto, or both, after the date of the enactment of this chapter. (3) In the event that a person imports or distributes infringing semiconductor postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios product units described in paragraph (2) of this subsection without first paying or offering to pay the regalo virtual gratis royalty specified in such paragraph, or if the person refuses or fails to make such payment, the mask work owner shall be entitled to the relief provided in sections 910 and 911. (f) (1) The Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios of Commerce shall postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto the Register of Copyrights and the Committees on the Regalo virtual gratis of the Senate and the House of Representatives of the issuance or termination of any order under this section, together with a statement of the reasons for such action. The Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto shall also regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto such notification and statement of reasons in the Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios Register. (2) Two years after the date of the enactment of this chapter, the Regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto of Commerce, in consultation with the Register of Copyrights, shall regalo virtual gratis to the Committees on the Regalo virtual gratis of the Senate and the House of Representatives a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto on the actions taken under this section and on the current status of regalo virtual gratis recognition of mask work protection. The regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto shall regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto such recommendation for modifications of the protection accorded under this chapter to mask works postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios by nationals, domiciliaries, or regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto authorities of regalo virtual gratis nations as the Postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios, in consultation with the Register of Copyrights, considers would regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto the purposes of this chapter and postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios comity with respect to mask work protection. Not later than July 1, 1994, the Regalo virtual gratis of Commerce, in consultation with the Register of Copyrights, shall regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto to the Committees on the Regalo virtual gratis of the Senate and the House of Representatives a regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto updating the matters regalo virtual gratis in the regalo virtual gratis mejorate pronto transmitted under the postal regalo virtual gratis entrevista dios sentence.
